Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery, and are defined in the table below.<\/p><p>If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Ergo will repair or replace part(s) at Ergo\u2019s sole discretion. This warranty does not apply if your Ergo furniture is damaged using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"vamtamtheme- vamtam-theme-dot-big\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or damage from pets.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Ergo\u2019s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects of workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive.
